Jennifer Thomas

Vice President – Finance

Ms. Thomas joined Redpoint in 2009 and has served as an integral part of the management team through a significant phase of growth. She has introduced processes and procedures to ensure Redpoint is compliant with all contracts and has overseen Redpoint’s external review/audit. Prior to joining Redpoint, Ms. Thomas worked at Parago, Inc. as the controller. During her time with Parago, Ms. Thomas was responsible for all financial aspects of the Company including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and human resources. Prior to joining Parago, Inc., Ms. Thomas worked at Sport Supply Group, Inc. serving as Vice President of Finance. In this role, she was responsible for finance, accounting, budgeting, human resources, and public reporting. She started her career at Arthur Andersen after graduating cum laude from Texas Christian University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. She is also a member of La Fiesta de las Seis Banderas an a former member of the the Cattle Barons Ball Committee and enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools.

Emily Ellis

Director of Finance/Controller

Ms. Ellis joined the Redpoint team in 2013. Prior to joining Redpoint, Ms. Ellis was a Sr. Internal Auditor at Texas Industries, in charge of the annual Sarbanes-Oxley review, and coordination with the external auditors for the annual financial statement audit. Ms. Ellis began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Ellis is a Certified Internal Auditor and earned her MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Kimberly Ricks

Director of Compliance

Ms. Ricks joined Redpoint in 2015 as the liaison between Redpoint, the outside compliance consulting firm, Tatum and the company’s CSOs. In addition, she is responsible for managing findings noted in compliance reports produced by Tatum as well as any customer complaints received by Redpoint. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Ricks was the Compliance Testing and Monitoring Manager for PlainsCapital Bank. She was in charge of auditing regulatory compliance affecting consumer operations and lending with an emphasis on home mortgage loans. Her 15 years with PlainsCapital also includes working as a BSA Analyst and Consumer Real Estate Loan officer. She earned her BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.
